Tim comes to the Whole Word Institute with a recent history of working in the field of orality and oral learners as the Vice President of Partner Relations for Davar Partners International, and consulting work for the Home For Bible Translators in Jerusalem. He currently serves as Vice President of Administration, for the University of the Holy Land that focuses on graduate-level education for the study of early Christianity, including languages of the Bible.

Como cidadão americano com diploma BBA da Kent State University, EUA, ele foi co-fundador da Embaixada Cristã Internacional de Jerusalém e serviu como seu Diretor Financeiro por 27 anos e tem uma experiência de marketing corporativo no Canadá e nos EUA.

Ele é membro da Igreja King of Kings Community Jerusalem e é membro e conselheiro de auditoria de sua corporação sem fins lucrativos. Tim e sua esposa têm uma filha casada, e fizeram de Jerusalém seu lar por 36 anos.
